This designer tray by RLM is made of metal (stainless steel?) with a mother of pearl inlay. 
Perfect for jewelry, towels, or just to look pretty, it measures approximately 9.75” by 6” by 1.5” tall.
Though there is something surface scratching, it is in good vintage condition.
